Health Tip #1---Apply sunblock daily! :D

Health Tip of the Day:

We should protect our skin (which becomes more vulnerable as we get older)...
Apply sunblock (SPH 15 will do) ~15 mins before going out! Use higher SPH (at least 30) if gonna expose under sun for very long time.

Girls! We should invest on sunblock rather than those other beauty products...Trust me! Especially when you live in Singapore. ><" I don't want to get anymore DARKER! ROAARR~~~
